Ways To Use Vivaldi Sidebar

The sidebar is one of the best features of Vivaldi.  The ability to have quick access to frequent;y used sites is a real time saver.

Like many other users of Vivaldi my own use of the sidebar includes social media sites.  By far my favorite use though, is streaming radio!

I keep the BBC, NPR, and several local stations in the sidebar, easy access, and the streams keep playing when the sidebar is closed.

These are the two I use most:

BBC World Service

NPR One

By adding these sites not only can you stream the live feeds, but you can navigate through previous shows, and other channels.

Would love to hear how other users make use of the sidebar.

One of my best finds.

Zaclk Linton is an Australian Rock/Blues artist, that is just getting started.  So far he only has two original songs: “Maybe I’m In Love”, and “West Coast Highway”

I hope this artist enjoys greater success, as he possesses a truly memorable sound.  Both vocally, and through his guitar.

If you enjoy Rock/Blues please give this young man a listen!

Finding New Music

One of my hobbies is discovering new to me music.  A few years ago I stumbled across Jamendo; a Creative Commons music site for artists to share, and sell there creations.

My most recent find there is an artist Melanie Ungar, who is a singer songwriter from Canada.  Her works on Jamendo are all original, with the most recent being Crazy Glue.  An easy going pop song that is a perfect fit for her vocals.  She can also be found on Youtube with numerous cover versions of popular songs.

If you enjoy a mixture of Country/Pop check her out.
